Access to Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts website and most e-systems has been restored.

Please note, due to the volume of traffic, our systems’ response times may be slower than usual. We are continuing to experience intermittent outages on our WebFile system.

Because of the Jan. 20, 2015, outages, our agency will waive late filing penalties for the tax filing period ending Dec. 31, 2014, if the tax return and payment is submitted by 11:59 p.m. (CST) on Jan. 21, 2015.
