New TaxFree Shopping Office in Galleria Dallas
TEXAS – A TaxFree Shopping office was added to the Galleria Dallas, where customers can get instant sales tax refunds. It is located on the third floor near Old Navy.
About 30 percent of its yearly visitors are from outside the US. Aside from the office inside the DFW Airport, the Galleria and Paragon Outlets are
the only shopping centers in the Dallas area with the instant cash windows.
TaxFree Shopping works with North Park Center customers through the malls management office. In order to help its overseas shoppers process their purchases, Highland Park Village has a customs representative.
Texas is one of a handful of states that will refund sales taxes to foreign shoppers.
