Oklahoma 2015 Amnesty coming to an end
OKLAHOMA – From September 14, 2015 through November 13, 2015, a statutory amnesty is taking place in Oklahoma. The taxes covered under this amnesty are gasoline and diesel taxes, gross production and petroleum excise taxes, corporate income tax, bank “in-lieu” taxes, individual income tax, withholding taxes, sales and use taxes, and mixed beverage taxes. Applicable years are liabilities due for tax periods ending before January 1, 2015. Penalty and interest will be waived. It is estimated that $35 million will be collected in back taxes.
