Upcoming Arizona Statutory Amnesty
ARIZONA – A statutory amnesty will begin on September 1, 2015 and end on October 31, 2015. It will cover all taxes administered by the DOR. Applicable years will be tax periods ending before 2014 for annual filers and Feb. 1, 2015 for all others. Penalty and interest will be waved. There is a special provision of participants waiving their right to protest or initial judicial proceeding.
