Upcoming Indiana Statutory Amnesty
INDIANA – There will be an upcoming statutory amnesty 8 weeks before January 1, 2017 for any tax administered by the DOR. The applicable years will be for unpaid tax liability for periods ending before January 1, 2013. Penalty and interest will be waived. If you participated in the 2005 amnesty program, then you are ineligible. It is estimated that there will be $109 – 159 million in back taxes collected.
